Who do we supply?

We can only provide leaflets to those who work in Leicester.

How do I get leaflets if I don't work in Leicester?

If you are outside of this area will need to contact your local service. See www.nhs.uk  for details.

Can I order leaflets directly from suppliers?

You can now order directly from the Department of Health VIA http://www.orderline.dh.gov.uk/ecom_dh/public/home.jsf  (free registration)

Delivery arrangements

We can only deliver to sites served by Leicester's NHS internal mail.

This includes health centres and hospitals but NOT ordinary GP practices who are served by the Blue Bag system.

What if I do not have access to the Internal Mail System?

If you do not have access to the local NHS internal mail we will prepare them for you to collect from our offices at

Can you send leaflets using Royal Mail?

We can send very small numbers of leaflets (up to 5) via Royal Mail, subject to our discretion.

What do you do with my details

We record the details you submit via this form on an electronic database. We do this in order to process and track your order efficiently. We will also use the data to keep you up to date about any relevant developments in our leaflet service such as amendments or additions to our leaflet stocks. We may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individuals are identified) to monitor demand and inform changes in our service to users. Only Public Health Information and Resources staff can access your personal information. This data will not be shared outside of Public Health Information and Resources. By submitting an order you are agreeing to us holding the data you submit.
